Prior to that it belonged to a well known gunsmith who was friends with Bill himself. This gunsmith was an exacting person, and being a friend of Bill's you can rest assured this rifle was finished to the highest of standards. Scope NOT included. Can be included after negotiating a price. Postage generally costs ~$30. I can do the transfer to a dealer for $30.
