How do I buy an advertised firearm ?
All firearms must be transferred from a dealer to a dealer. After purchasing a firearm, arrangements can be made with the seller for his dealer to send the firearm to your dealer of choice. As soon as you have your relevant Permit To Acquire, the firearm may then be collected from your dealer. Who Pays for the freight and Transferring of Firearms?
Payment of freight must be negotiated between the seller and the buyer unless the buyer has already stated in his listing that the price of the item includes freight. Transferring costs are negotiated between the seller and the buyer, it is a common practise for each party to pay their own transferring costs.

You can purchase a firearm from any state as long as it transferred from dealer to dealer. Your dealer or firearms registry can clarify any questions you may have.

Multiple items may be listed on a single advertisement, however the sale cannot be split (for example. 1Winchester, 1 Browning rifle, 1 gun cover – Price $200)

You can advertise firearm parts or ammunition as long as they are transferred from dealer to dealer.
