Comments: This Colt Open Top 7 shot revolver is factory engraved with nickle plating and factory ivory grips. It is believed to be engraved by one of Colt’s premium factory engravers, LD Nimschke. This 7 shot .22 cal revolver was made in 1875 and is in really nice condition..
Nickle is very good with some loss to the muzzle end on the cylinder and at the breech end of the barrel. Bore is excellent, with sharp rifling. Grips are original to the gun and display a lovely aged mellow colour.
Lovely sharp engraving to the entire gun. Action is good and cylinder locks up with no slop. All original screws in excellent condition. Gun must be transferred through licenced dealer.
